How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your order.

Are Throwback Joe products licensed by the NFL?
No. Throwback Joe has no affiliation with the Rams or the NFL.

What do I do if I can’t find a player I’m looking for on the website?
All orders are custom. When you decide on the style you want, you are able to submit any name and number when you place your order (some restrictions may apply).

How do sizes run?
Please refer to our sizing chart for best fit. Each product may be different sizes. If you are unsure or between sizes, we recommend ordering the bigger size as there are no returns or exchanges. Order responsibly.

Does Throwback Joe ship outside of the United States?
No. At this time, we only ship to the United States.

What are those markings and scuff marks is see on the numbers and lettering?
All of our apparel are all cut by hand and all sewn by hand as well. Nothing computerized. Everything is handled by a worker and this is where the markings come from.

What are those glue like substances I see?
Laundry starch is used to help workers apply the numbers and letters to our jerseys and hoodies. This is more noticeable on darker colors. These should come out after washing.

How do I remove those manufacture and glue like substance markings?
We recommend machine washing it inside out in cold water on delicate setting and hanging it to or place in dryer at low heat to dry.

What is the return policy?
All sales on custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
